At Derrimut 24:7 Gym, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and unused supplements in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like shakers and socks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached and that your request falls within 30 days of the purchase date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include a copy of your invoice, then send the parcel via a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost transit.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
